About room cleaning

Thank you for staying at Hotel SEAWAVE Beppu
We will inform you about room cleaning before departure.

◆Unless otherwise specified by the customer, all equipment and fixtures will be cleaned and replenished and replaced.
◆We are unable to decide what to do with items that have been eaten or drunk, drinks remaining in glasses (cups), or water in pots, so we will leave them as they are.
◆If your used consumables are in the trash, we will dispose of them. If they are not in the trash, we will not dispose of them and will instead replenish them.
◆If there is any remaining water (Wednesday) in the bathtub, we will drain the water (Wednesday) to clean the bathtub, regardless of whether you have added bath salts or not.

◆Items in the trash
◆Items that are not in the trash can and that the customer has requested to dispose of at the front desk.
　Even if you do not make a request, we will dispose of lunch boxes, empty packaging of consumables provided by us, tissue paper, etc.

◆If we are unable to determine how to handle your item, we will leave it in the condition it was in.
　If you return to your room and find that your luggage is not what you wanted, please contact the front desk at number 9 and we will come to collect it.
◆When cleaning, we will do our best to clean your items without touching them, but please understand that we may move them during work such as bed making. ..
